Initially, a concrete idea for a revolutionary set of catering dinnerware was developed in the bcc under the project name cp08® in the middle of 2008.
Once the first drawings by the design agency gewerk had been publicised, they were given an enthusiastic reception: ‘BAUHAUS is back’. Since Bauhaus is quintessentially about consistency, the bcc and its renowned German co-operation partners have taken up the idea to develope and recombine the constituent parts of the ‘catering process’ around the dinnerware: storage racks, refrigerators, cooking equipment, washing-up facilities, as well as, the presentation of food and its delivery is based on state of the art logistical standards.
Each guest will experience dishes that are cooked to the point, served just in time and surprise the senses with their freshness and quality. You will hardly see the bcc-logistics behind, but will certainly recognise the superb taste of the dishes.
